Hi, I'm Dale.
I've spent 15+ years helping people feel more confident with technology. Not just fixing problems, but explaining them in a way that puts you back in control.
Today I also build websites and business systems with my development partner. Whether it's your printer at home or your company's whole IT setup, you get the same thing: someone who turns up, does it properly, and tells you straight.

How much does it cost?
Home and personal help is A$150 an hour, business is A$175 an hour, both including GST. It's a minimum of one hour, then 30-minute blocks, and there's no call-out fee.
Is there a seniors discount?
Yes. WA Seniors Card holders get 10% off the hourly rate.
When can you come?
Weekdays 9am to 2pm, weekends by request. Same-day visits when I can fit them in.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Perth. Most visits are around Melville, Fremantle, the western suburbs and Cockburn.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. Plenty of problems can be fixed over a secure remote connection, which is often quicker.
How do I pay?
Card or tap on the day, bank transfer or cash. Businesses can also pay on invoice.
What happens after a visit?
You get written notes on what was done and how to do it yourself next time.
